In a gate of 570 odd at BPA must have been close on 150 from Boston even though we were all over the stand and not together

About 40% of the home fans we had on Saturday. Massive for conference south next season!

Our programme reports a following of 120 from us at Harrogate.

Torquay had nearly 400 at Gloucester (evesham). Appalling behaviour from some of them, throwing flares etc.

Just a mindless few but soon police may segregate us. Unfair on the vast majority who are good supporters. Even our manager got a hot coffee chucked at him at the end.

210 announced at the game I've been told.

Be surprised if that was 400. 300 maybe, but not 400. Flares weren't helped by inadequate stewarding from Evesham. Sad thing is it's yet another game that had it been in Gloucester would have been 1200+ easy.

Only what I heard on our local newspaper. I wasn't there today but spoke to some who were and shocked by mindless few. It's a great shame you have no home ground.

Gloucester have never been well supported historically for such a large place.

Unfortunately it is a city obsessed by rugby, and that pains me to say that, as I cannot stand the game.

512 Barrow fans at Salford in a crowd of 3012
official number was 512 - actual number about 100 more than this so put down 612 as the number.
This due to 1 incompetent Salford steward not even knowing what was the away turnstile and 100 or so Barrow fans being led through the Salford fans to the away end.

Same with Worcester. Even before exile 800 was a decent gate for them

How can people not know what entrance to go through? Been going to away games 15 years or so and never had this problem. Just a ploy for people to willy wave.

In the mid to late 90s when we were doing ok at essentially the same level we're at now (Dr Martens Prem) we averaged 800-1,200. Not too bad and one of the largest at that level at the time. Since then obviously we've been on the slide, had winding up orders/bad press and of course a now 12 season exile. The local press/radio/council and marketing teams are Gloucester Rugby overload 24/7. However a lot of their support comes from the entire county, sizeable amounts from the Forest of Dean and Chelt/Ciren going by their season ticket study they did a little while ago.

Think "when" we are back we should get decent crowds nearer to the levels we got 20 years ago. There's an interest/appetite for it here but people won't travel out the City to watch it, given it's basically an away game. The fact that we still take 300+ to pretty much every game in Worcestershire now after such a shit show of failed returns and mostly relegation battles should be commended in my book. Do FGR take that many away to games in the midlands after years of promotion bids and now league football...?

Amazing travelling support, who deserved better.

That was a garbage performance.

Very good turnout, your home crowds seem to be up 600ish so far this season too. Last year you only just ended up with a higher average gate than us (Although we are helped by better away turnouts). What has changed this year? Just the decent start to the season?

Decent start to the season, bumper first gate and playing mostly decent football. We'll be down to around 4200 on Saturday though I suspect.

Is it though? It’s 10 percent of their home gates, about what most take away. They’ve only managed 50 to both of the times they’ve come to us.

How many Salford can we expect tomorrow 100?

46 Maidstone at Gateshead.

Our lowest turnout we ever had at Gateshead. Looks like a fair few stuck to their comments about boycotting this game.
