Gas denied a stonewall penalty. Once again this season we are playing against 12 man Mansfield

Tbf I don’t think the referee is one sided, he’s just fucking awful.

One of the worst decisions I’ve seen in years

Old boy Omar Bugiel on for Sutton, he scored for them in the reverse fixture too. We're getting on top but nip and tuck and could go either way.

Erk, late flurry from Sutton and we've cleared it off the line twice having had the upper hand most of half previous. Let's nick it.

Just way too stop-start this game. Not a lack of effort but zero quality from both teams.

Crap game against Northampton and the referee. How he’s only booked their lad for a last man foul is anyones guess. Looked solid but 0-0
Is probably about right.

Looked a penalty to me, have to say.

Fair point for both sides, we just shaded it over the game, but rovers came at us strong 2nd half.

Said i’d be happy with a point down there and we did it quite comfortably.

Well earned point, could have gone either way but maybe we did enough to nick all three second half. This Barrow game has started ridiculously late.

Shocking game, don’t think either would have scored if played until next Saturday. Northampton will be happier with it overall. Connor Hall once again great for us. Been an excellent signing.

Referee and the conditions were a huge part in ruining it as a spectacle.

Sounded like a dull boring draw away at Vale, although conditions also didn’t sound conducive to a top quality game. Quite remarkably, that’s 15 clean sheets in 30 league games and exactly why we’re up there. 16 games left and one of the top 10 to play. In a good position.

Adams said: “We’re not an Exeter, so to speak, who throw young players in (and) don’t really want to get promoted; they want to stay in that division but the ethos is sell players on and generate enough money."

Easy result. Enjoy the rest of the season Bradford. :)

Good point, awful game. Pitch didnt help anyone but not using that as an excuse. Both teams cancelled each other out. Vale edged it second half but neither team did enough to win that.

Another clean sheet for us, another game without a goal from open play. None of which was unexpected. Now onto an easier run of fixtures in theory. Glad I did not make the journey today now!

Serious result that. Following on text it sounded like we could have been more comfortable. Great for Phillips to get his first goal, close to home so I suspect his folks were watching. Good results elsewhere too.

Well that was abysmal.

Shit pitch and a referee desperate to be the centre of attention stopped us getting any momentum in our football

Walsalls long balls eventually paid off with Peter Clarke following a bad clearance up with a reckless challenge.

Didn’t deserve to lose but didn’t do enough to win either.

Yeah its a poor one today, generally we have a solid enough away support but no arguing its not great today.

The game itself has been exactly what I expected, a tight affair, few chances. The linesmen on the Vale side has been hilarous, one of those where there are long awkward pauses where he is waiting for the referee to decide so he can agree with him.

We started well but outside of a shot from Lewis have not really created anything despite having more of the ball. Why we are starting Danny Rose is beyond me, hes terrible and spends more time trying to win cheap fouls than actually playing.

Vale havnt really created anything either. Worrall as always looks dangerous and has been it in a few good deliveries but neither keep massively tested. One goal should win this.

Hopefully we see Lubala on for Rose shortly.
Your away support was dreadful when you played FGR, couldn’t hear your fans at all.

Mansfield better side in the first half playing some decent football but didn’t create any clear cut chances, Rovers started really slowly but did improve. Second half Rovers started very well and was the better team in the second, neither goalie ultimately had any proper saves to do.

Definitely looked like a penalty, I don’t think he got the decision due to him going down dramatically but if there any contact with that it’s a penalty. Referee was poor, inconsistent with his decisions.

Is probably about right.

I think whilst Pett was through on goal it was probably just far enough out to not be a red. He was awful though, made a rod for his own back letting everything go in the first ten minutes then did a complete about turn blowing up for pretty much everything. Neither team could get any rhythm at all.

He was terrible all round, the decision to give rovers a throw when he told us where to take the throw from and we moved was odd, and then they did exactly the same a minute later and he didn’t do anything.

Results went our way today, happy with the point
