Just noticed nobody from either side has mentioned our game vs Donny on Saturday, I suppose it's easy to get lost amongst Wrexhamites calling yet another set of fans an odd bunch (funny how that keeps happening, wonder what the common denominator is)

It has to be said that Donny were a very good side and perhaps we won't have better visitors this season, definitely better than the league position suggests. Caused plenty of problems around the park, particularly that Faal fellow - big, quick & an all-round nuisance, everything good going forward went through him. Unfortunately for Doncaster they were up against a side that have finally found a suitable system in a back four with a diamond in the middle, and a front pair who are both going through the best patches of their careers. County looking a very good side right now.

The only sour note on the day was the GMP's insistence on kettling every Doncaster fan into a big mob and marching them around Edgeley before and after the game, it's not exactly 80s Millwall

I can't remember ever seeing us lose eight games in a row in the league, even when we were really rubbish and trying to stay in the Conference...or come to think of it any other time, like last season when we were out of our depth and even our first season in the Football League when we just stayed up. Dale has ditched JSO but I really worry that the attention the club will get if he persists in flying the Palestinian flag will do more to undermine everything that is going on that people will just stop attending games altogether, the sad thing is that I truly believe he will regard that as some form of success...the bloke is a deluded self-obsessed twat.

It really has been poor. I mean even if you take out our 4 wins in the last 17 when we just about got over the line to the league 2 title, our league record since the start of the 22/23 season reads W8 D10 L40. That means we’ve been losing more than 2 in every 3 games for just over 1 and 1/4 of a season.

We need to improve on that if we want to have any chance of staying up, but does anyone at board/management level actually realise we are in real trouble? Does Vince even know what he’s doing anymore? Just seems to be hiring and firing people every now and then, with not a lot improving.

The common denominator is that all the odd ones come from Cheshire, or areas previously in Cheshire.

Everyone else is fine.

Think you're overrating Doncaster quite a bit, Forza. They were tidy and had a good shape about them but apart from Hinchliffe's double save which came from a rare Horsfall bad error, I don't remember them threatening at all really. The game was actually remarkably similar to their visit to ours last season, only difference is we found a late breakthrough this time to take all the points. They're better than their league position suggests but top half maximum for me. We'll see a few better teams at our place this season IMO.

We look a good side but still think we have another gear or two we need to find but I think we possibly could find if things stay on the right track.

Is incorrect

Obviously there are outliers like yourself. Notts fans in the main are decent though.

People like ForzaCounty feel the need to mention us in every post, all the time going on about how they hate the media obsession with us. You'd think we beat them to the title a few years back not the other way around.

I get that people don't like us, but just don't mention us. It's boring. Every Wrexham fan who posts on here has been a fan for twenty/thirty years or more, through all the shit. Is it any wonder we get a bit defensive when people go on about us negatively all the time?

Im mainly talking for myself here of course. I've never managed to just let it go.

Well that's a relief to hear.

So who's the outlier in the Wrexham fanbase on here? Is it the one who doesn't say other fanbases are an odd bunch, or obsessed. Or is it the one who isn't "a bit defensive" about all things Wrexham following the media invasion?.

Basically if they don't have a chip on their shoulder like normal Wrexham fans then they are a bandwagon jumper. Easy to spot.

The one every poster on a football forum thinks is a bell......Oh wait that's you.

It was a bit. You're meant to say, "You're not my pal, Chum", or something like that.

Surely you're too old to be an internet troll, have you got a personality disorder?

What a missed opportunity for hilarity, sorry about that pal.

Still no answer? Don't be shy.

What's your official age limit for internet troll?

answer to what you mentalist? your original post wasn't a clever gotcha, I got what you were driving at but it didn't really warrant a reply.

I don't know, 12? you've got to be in your late 50s at least right? strong old man energy coming from your posts.

Didn't warrant a reply, oh ok

12? You really don't know. Your radar is off, needs recalibrating once you've finished calling other fanbases odd or strange of course.
