Not quite the same, but just noticed 4 of our last 5 home games are against Watford, Bournemouth, Norwich and Wolves - having already beaten Ipswich and Derby at home since Hughton came in. Could be quite fun trying to affect things from afar.

Good luck! ;)

I'd back you against us. Always confident of a defeat against a former manager. Lambert's Villa weren't up to much but their record against us under him was W4 D1 L0 (inc two 4-1 wins).

If you could take a lot of points from those games, we would be very grateful. Thanks - Brentford fans.

I don't think we've won away at Brighton in my lifetime, they will comfortably beat us. Infact the last time we did beat them it was Kenny Miller's final game for us, think he scored a pen..

Genuinely incredible just how close together the top 5 are. You just know it will be the team in 6th who win the playoffs though.

Interesting article here, even though I find it very unlikely we'll go up automatically, it highlights a bit how some teams have much "kinder" run ins than others.

I highly doubt the way in which that guy has put together that predicted table is going to prove accurate in the slightest :D

Yes, Norwich did crap against several of the sides we still have to face, but they were all under Neil Adams. We're a different animal now. But for a bizarre downturn in form, there's no way we're only getting 11 points from our remaining 10 fixtures, however much this reporter wants that to be the case :D

It's a nothing article. Take us for example, last 10 games or so have been bottom half / relegation flirting form.

With that said, though. I'd fucking take it.

Same with us. Our last 3 we beat all of Fulham, Brighton, and Brum in the reverse fixture. All convincingly too. (Derby 5-1 Fulham, Derby 3-0 Brighton, Brum 0-4 Derby)

Got 1 out of 9 on the second go.

There's more chance of Leon Clarke scoring a goal before the end of the season than there is Blackburn of going for the play offs

I think it'll be tough but last season we went unbeaten towards end of the season so can't give up hope just yet

No offence but you wont gain 11 points on the team in 6th at the moment, Brentford. There's 10 games left and I cant see you gaining that much of a point difference, if anything teams will pull further away.

11 points to make up in 10 games, as well as overtaking quite a few teams, don't think it can be done. Think it's Wolves and up for me who stand a chance!

More chance of me knobbing Mellisa Clarke and Caitlin Wynters than Blackburn have of getting promotion, 13k home fans for a local derby was wank too.

Its going to be one of Brentford, Wolves, Ipswich for 6th. The rest are done, the only question is the order.

Our fans are getting a bit giddy but we had this upturn about 5 matches too late. We need 8 wins from 10 I think, it's just far too big an ask. We will ruffle some feathers though regarding who comes top 2.

We've beat the Sheep, Bournemouth (twice), Norwich and Boro already, with everyone Norwich and Watford to play again.

In fact we've only lost twice to teams in the top 6, Brentford and Boro.

It's our form against the rest that has really let us down.

There's still a chance that more than one of those three could get in the playoffs, I don't think the top five are completely secure yet.

I thought ipswich was certain for top 6 few weeks ago but signing Luke Varney onloan gives me less confidence that they can get the goals besides from Freddie Sears
