what more romantic way to spend Valentine's Day than watching third tier football, eh?

Accrington Stanley v Wycombe Wanderers
Bolton Wanderers v Milton Keynes Dons
Bristol Rovers v Ipswich Town
Cambridge United v Cheltenham Town
Derby County v Lincoln City
Exeter City v Shrewsbury Town
Fleetwood Town v Peterborough United
Forest Green Rovers v Charlton Athletic
Oxford United v Plymouth Argyle
Port Vale v Barnsley
Portsmouth v Burton Albion
Sheffield Wednesday v Morecambe

For us, Accy away. No point in beating the Derbys of this world if we can't get a result vs the likes of Stanley, so I'm desperately hoping that it won't be a case of after the Lord Mayor's show on Tuesday, Accy will be scrapping for their lives and we need to be well up for this.

I've heard they've sent the shithousery into overdrive to get points on the board any which way, so it may turn into a dark arts masterclass given our record on that front.

Other random things I'll be looking out for...

The Cambridge/Chelts relegation six-pointer
Posh's bouncebackability (or hopefully, lack thereof) after getting shat upon by Bolton
and of course, everyone will want to know the main feature of the day which is whichever evil conspiracist is reffing Port Vale this week.

I remember our last promotion season we lost 1-0 at home to Stevenage on a cold Valentines day night, wouldn't be shocked to lose to Morecambe.

Well one to keep an eye on is Shrewsbury v Exeter as Mr Speedie is in the middle for that one!

Big game for us, we need to start turning the tide sooner rather than later. Some positives in the second half performance and hopefully our beach of a pitch will hinder the type of football they played at Oakwell against us when we had to play very well for a point.

They seem a bit hit and miss Barnsley so never know but it will be a big ask if DJ is now out and strikers are still not available (although again Taylor is possible for Tuesday so we will see how true that is at 18:45 Tuesday).

Point would do, but four from the next three look vital.

Derby away. Things are certainly looking a little more rosey after 4 game unbeaten (all clean sheets) , and 2 wins in a row. This is effectively a free hit. Fully expect us to lose comfortably. Think we've sold just under 2,000 for the game. I'm going too as never been to Pride Park, so can notch that one off.

I think we'll make two or three changes for this one. It's going to be a risk to play Montsma three times in a week after his 13 month lay-off and a midweek game seems an obvious and sensible choice to leave him out, especially as we have Walsh back now. Plange has had a couple of decent sub appearances and could come in ahead of Shodipo and Bishop is another one where we need to manage his minutes but the options aren't great for a replacement are they!

Can't see us keeping 5 clean sheets in a row. It'll be interesting to see whether we continue with the set-up from the last two games, which has give us good results and also performances, or concede ground like we did in our October games and look to take a 0-0 or pinch a goal.

I'm not there but I was the last time we played at Pride Park, which was the League Cup back in 2008 or so, Derby got a late equaliser and won in extra time, Nathan Ellington hat-trick. Robbie Savage, Kris Commons and Rob Hulse also in the side that night from memory, was a good game.

To put it bluntly, Bolton is going to ream us a new arsehole. It's going to be a painful evening.

Earlier in the season we were making too many changes for midweek games after a Saturday and it cost us points. We’ve played a much more settled team since the turn of the year other than injuries and that’s why we are gaining momentum. Just hope he doesn’t ring the changes too much. Conor Bradley still suspended but that didn’t seem to matter on Saturday. Hopeful we will keep the run going but not really sure what to expect.

Dont see Lee playing midweek. Hope to god he does not bring Katchunga back. Sheehan obvious replacement but for me he is not the same player pre injury. Would drop Shoretire back and put Adeboyejo up top alongside Charles

Pompey away for us. We have a half decent record here over the years.
On a good run at the moment with 3 straight wins, albeit we played poorly on Saturday.

Great to see mouse in a management position- would have loved him at the Pirelli, was a legend for us during the title winning team and the next promotion. Hope he does well. Except Tuesday.

Fancy us to nick a point - 2-2

I thought Barnsley were very impressive against us at Oakwell even if we eventually managed to level it and even leave them hanging on at the end. We’ll have our work cut out in this one. I think the way to go is to be a bit more hard nosed in our approach and set up to stop them playing and let our pitch do the rest. Generally VP has not been a happy hunting ground for Barnsley in the past not that it makes much difference to this individual game.

Yeah that’s exactly what I would do… Adeboyejo for Lee and Shoretire back to number 10 role. The rest the same.

Yeah strange game in that both sides could have scored 4 or 5 in the end! Summed up with Stevens making a wonder save from range deep in injury time before we went straight down the other end and Ojo forced an identical save with the last kick.

Hard to judge the game at VP as both sides made changes, all be it a fair few players from Barnsley played that did at Oakwell and we played some superb football in a mad thirty minutes before it got into more of a slog.

Take a point as acceptable here, their results are a bit hit and miss, had some poor ones on the road in the past couple of months which may give us hope.

Just depends what sort of side we can name I guess. Proctor must start ideally with Taylor but if Taylor makes the bench then at least we can keep a senior striker on the field throughout.

Obviously be a difficult day for DC regardless and if he needs Crosby to take the reins then that would be understandable. Hopefully the boys put in a performance for DC at the very least.

When we played away at Cambridge on the last day of the season last year, there was a bit of a party atmosphere. It was a mid-table game with neither team needing the result, and it was a fun 2-2 draw. Afterwards, my son was gifted Sean Long's shirt - as promised earlier that week.

Tuesday will be the complete opposite. Both teams are in absolutely dogshit form and both need wins. It'll probably be 0-0.

A real challenge against Posh, after 2 excellent back to back results Fleetwood have to prove they can step up and break this terrible league home run. Ironic that we have won more home matches in the FA Cup than all season league home matches so far. A draw won't be a bad result against a top table team, still on the basis that lightning strikes 3 times going for a narrow 2-1 home win with Jack Marriott scoring against his old club

Must beat FGR with Derby and Sheffield Wednesday the next two games in which we’ll get zero points otherwise we’ll be pulled back into the dogfight.

Sorry, the Ferguson miracle finally gets into gear and we go on our season-saving ten match winning run starting tomorrow night. * pops another pill *

Yes it was a great, relaxed game at the end of last season. Sam Smith’s goal was something else too.

Tomorrow night will be hideous, two sides totally lacking in confidence and form. I think if either of us stay up then we’ll have better 23/24 seasons, it’s just getting there that’s the ordeal.

I’d take the scrappiest 1-0 win you can imagine tomorrow.

Thought we were the better team again on Saturday but we can't keep conceding silly goals. Some proper strikers who can hold it up and relieve pressure is a must.

I have this feeling in my water that we'll finally score from a corner. Alfie May is bound to score.

So I guess it'll have to be 2-1.

It's going to be a horrible watch.

Tyler Onyango has returned to Everton for a scan on the thigh injury he picked up on Saturday. Will stay there for his rehab might not see him again for a while if at all. Big loss has looked quality in his first 3 games. At least it means Charlie Savage can get a chance now we’re back down to 5 loans.

Exeter City away for us.

I think a lot will depend on whether Pennington is back in tomorrow evening on our chances of bringing 3 points back to Shropshire from St James Park. With Flanagan serving the last of his suspension, I think it would kill us to go in with two CM’s playing CB again tomorrow. Desperately need Leahy playing in his correct position as that will also increase our chance of 3 points.

Exeter have lost two on the bounce since losing Jevani Brown and I see that their fans aren’t too happy with Caldwell constantly changing the starting 11. Hopefully he makes another 3/4 change’s tomorrow to unsettle the team further.

Like I’ve already mentioned, I’ll have a better picture of our chances when the team gets announced at 7pm tomorrow. Assuming Pennington is out…

We picked up just one point in our last three games against teams above us, which only confirms that we're no better than where we are in mid-table, and will likely finish the season there.

Playing an in-form Burton so a draw is the most likely result. Most fans have already written the season off and once again looking to next season. Depressing.

Lincoln tomorrow, who I imagine will fancy their chances after hitting a bit of form and keeping clean sheets. I think we'll make a couple of changes - I fully expect White to start at the very least. I'd imagine McGoldrick will be rested for this one, coming back in on Saturday.

We just seem to be very comfortable at home at the moment, so hopefully we can keep it going. All that being said, I think it will be a win by one goal, either 2-1 or 1-0.

I don’t fancy our chances after witnessing recent performances. There’s some good players there, but looks to me like the new manager is treating current games as a form of experiment to try out different combinations with the new signings, and it’s not working yet. Expecting Shrews to extend their run unfortunately
