Can see us going 451 for this one and trying to do a damage limitation job. Hard to see less than 3 goals for Wrexham even if we do. Be lucky to get double figures travelling to this one!

Our home form is patchy but I would hope for 3 points Tuesday night. 2 1 home win

Notts can't keep getting away with having an easy game every week, surely!

Would be nice if we could hit the back of the net a few times. FGR should still be on a high though, could be a difficult game.

Notts v Newport could be about 7-7.

If we come away from here with anything I’ll be buzzing, They've beaten us home and away every time we’ve met since they got promoted.

I’m going to guess at another draw, we haven’t done back to back league wins yet, fingers crossed that changes Tuesday night.

1st vs 2nd in that form table

Harsh on us that. I thought Barry was just about onside for the winner yesterday.

What’s going to be the bigger number, the number of goals Wrexham score, or the number of Sutton fans in the away end?

I saw on Twitter that since losing on the opening day to Franchise, Wrexham have only lost once in the league. We’ve haven’t won at the Racecourse in our 5 attempts thus far.

It’s going to either a classic smash and grab away win, or a epically bad defeat that would make our performance at Doncaster seem amazing

Never enjoy Crewe away tbh. With the station so close to the ground we just get hoarded everywhere by Cheshire's finest. Tuesday night even worse so you can't even have time to detour to a Nantwich or the like to get away from it. Easy train journey the only advantage.

Should be a good game. Lee Bell has done well there, nurturing a team that looked like it was going absolutely nowhere mid way through last season using a good mix of promising young players and some experienced heads.

I'd give it the "I'd take a draw" stuff but the truth is I wouldn't because I don't like them and want to give them a doing.

Walker and Smallwood suspended for this one. We've probably got enough to cover for Walker but McDonald is probably going to have to play himself because we've got no other central midfielders.

Couple more easy ones this week, but then we’ve got Crewe which seems quite tricky.

Stockport at home and both sides in the Top 3. The top scorers in the country vs the 4th top scorers in the country in a fixture which has often produced a lot of goals historically speaking.

Both sides are scoring in this game for sure. Both have shaky defences and excellent attacks. The midfield for us is my biggest worry as it can be powderpuff at times. But we're dangerous from set pieces and I'm pretty sure we're the most clinical side in the league which is why we are where we are. We might be an anomaly in the eyes of some fans, but then these are the fans that think big budgets in League Two equate to promotion. You only have to look at last season's promoted sides to know that's a load of bollocks.

Speaking of big budgets, looks like the return of Nick Powell to Gresty Road isn't happening as he's found himself back in his natural habitat of the treatment room. The bloke's sadly finished and why Stockport thought giving him a 3 year deal was a good idea I'll never know. His heart hasn't been in the game for years and now his body is well and truly failing him. Ah well, the ever-detestable Antoni Sarcevic will get some deserved stick on his return back to Gresty Road. Come a long way since he was sent packing to Chester in 2011 after looking like a pub player in a Cheshire Senior Cup game, I'll give him that.

Can't go this one which I'm gutted about. First season I get a job that requires me to work fucking nights and we turn into an excellent side. Also find it strange both fixtures are on Tuesday Nights. We're each others second closest opponents geographically so why on Earth it's not on a Saturday I'll never know. Would've been looking at a gate close to 8000 if it was a Saturday comfortably. Especially given we've only played twice at home on Saturday since the 2nd September and won't play at home on a Saturday again until 11th November.

We're more than capable of beating anyone we play at home at the moment. Unbeaten at home since we lost to Orient in February up against a Stockport side who have always been very streaky under Challinor and they're hard to stop once they're on a run. So I'm going on the fence and it'll be an entertaining 2-2 draw which is a result I'm sure both sets of fans would take if offered right now. First of three tough home games with Derby and Notts to come. If we can remain unbeaten at home after Notts next month, then that'll show our promotion credentials are well and truly genuine.

We actually did get a 0-0 there on a tuesday night (we had a goal not given which was well over the line) i’d take that again given our record.

With respect clearly a better side than them, just they’ve got the hoodoo on us, hopefully we can address that on tuesday.

Barrow a good test to see if we are turning it around. Better than us but not by some insurmountable gap. Hard to know if the weekend off will be a help or a hindrance, don't think it's enough for any of the missing injured who might actually make a difference to be back.

Do we have the top tier of the away end for this? Surely they aren't bringing more than 100.
Yeah we must have surely. Would be madness to be offering that up to them on a midweek game.

I don't think I can go on Tuesday night, which probably isn't a bad thing as I don't fancy getting the train home with a load of County fans.

We're obviously in really good form, especially at home, and we'd go above Stockport with a win. However, my gut feeling is that Stockport might just have too much for us.

Taking nothing for granted from Sutton at home.
If ever there is anything you can take for granted it’s that you will win easily and score at least 3 goals. In answer to our travelling you’d be lucky to see 50.

Not sure how long our fit players can keep putting performances in. We so desperately need some of the walking wounded back as to a) give options from the bench and b) give some of the eleven a rest. If some of them are back for Tuesday I fancy us to beat Salford but I doubt any will be so unless we are three up by 70 mins we will run out of steam and lose

It really is a must win for Grimsby. The fans are currently split as to whether the owners should make a managerial switch but lose this and those demanding change will be the clear majority.

Very strange game to put on a Tuesday, the reverse fixture is also a Tuesday.

They are already the majority, at a guess I’d say 75-80% want him gone.
