After a lucky late win against Grimsby i feel this will be a harder game (No disrespect meant Grimsby fans) Thompson needs dropping as he's a shit so called striker who is unable to score goals,last season he scored 7 and after scoring in our last pre-season game at Maidenhead told the local rag he should start in our first game of the season For some strange reason Ainsworth starts him every game which no Wycombe fan can understand. I'll be happy with a draw which shows how far we have sunk since the play off final against Southend.

To be honest mate i'll be happy with that,our defence is good but we can't score enough goals. Yes we scored 2 against Grimsby but both goals were scored by defenders.

I'm probably jinxing this by turning up - a rare event since I'd only expect to get to 5-8 games a season and I already did the opening day.

We were lucky to get the draw after we scored a super-soft early goal. Accy were just relentless in attack whereas we had no ideas to trouble their defence, I just can't work out what we're trying to do.

Mostly hit 'n' hope but we haven't got the players for it, Akinfenwa is big but not tall so won't always get the headers.

And what happened to Donacien? I barely saw him play for us but I never heard of him going on lung busting runs from the centre back position?

Anyway. Having seen two games so far I can't see anything more than complete mediocrity beckoning. Roll on next season.
