Signed Josh Passley.

Looked good in the friendlies I've seen him play. Any good, Dagenham/Whitehawk fans?

One of our trialists today, Tyrone Marsh has now signed for us
Did you watch him?

He was alright, but I think he was injured most of last season. He was sat in the stands most of it anyway.

Saw him in the Kent Cup against Dartford and he was awful.

We've signed forward James Caton, formerly of Southport and Dover, after a successful trial. Any opinions on him Dover or Southport fans?
Didn't see much of him, but would've liked to have seen more. Looks good on the ball, scored a decent goal in the Kent Cup.

Probably didn't have the work rate that Kinnear wants from him players.

We haven't seen much of him but he seems to have done well at Welling and Torquay at this level, whilst struggling at Dover. He wasn't very complimentary about Dover's style of play in his signing interview, and I got the impression he didn't get on with your manager.

We've released trialists Not-Halifax-Josh-Taylor and Michael Gash. Free to a good home.

Peterborough have signed 20 year old defender Alex from Nuneaton. Its a club record fee for Nuneaton and follows a successful trial as part of the Jamie Vardy V9 Academy.

Jobi McAnuff is back at Orient. I well like that, don't think many other Orient fans do.
I don't. I think he's past it, and his international duties are a nuisance. He's not exactly injury prone, but I doubt he will play more than 25 games for us this season. He also reminds me of the previous regime but you can't hold that against him I suppose.

Then again, for the Vanarama he's probably a decent enough winger, also should link up well with Charlie Lee.

Plan B now in place - Kayode Odejayi
I like 'Big Kay'. Still very good indeed at the back to goal stuff. Never going to score many goals (think he managed around 5 for us last season) but as a target man, he'll be excellent.

That pretty much sums up his pre-season here. Protected the ball very well against Leeds, Barnsley and Bradford. Holding off center backs with apparent ease. Failed miserably with attempts on goal though!

Yeah despite his age he's in terrific shape and strong as an Ox.

Hope his does well for you.

Wrexham sign Kevin Roberts from Halifax on a 2 year deal

Haven't had a squad as good as this in 5 seasons. We've got one of if not the best back 4 in the league now and they are all on 2 year deals.

The club might as well launch our new #GoingForIt hashtag today.

No mate- WE'VE got the best back 4, even without Roberts. We also have, by some distance, the best striker in the division-the only question is, will the goals he scores before he returns to the Premiership in January be enough to keep us out of trouble? By the way, as a supporter of a club that briefly considered reforming as a fan-owned club, I consider Wrexham a valuable illustration of the limitations of the model. :bdick:

Audel should be good at this level. In fact, I'd say he's probably too good for this level, but hit and miss as a L2 defender (did better at County than Crewe).

We had him on loan from Crewe 3 years ago (seems much longer ago than that!) and had we been in better financial shape when his loan ended, we'd have gone in for him but he went to Notts County. Decent in the air, reads the game well and had a turn of pace. Not blistering, but just about enough to get himself out of trouble if he needed to and cover other people.

Was prone to the odd silly moment, but they were few and far between. In both his spells here, he started off shaky for the first 2 or 3 games and improved.

A good, solid signing.

I like Audel, only reason that he didn't get a new contract with us was because he gets injured so much. If Barrow can keep him fit then he'll be one of the better defenders in the league.

Fraser Kerr, who impressed in both of his trial games for us has signed for Gateshead.

Can't really blame him. It's so much closer to home, probably on more money than we could have offered and he would have struggled to make the bench here.

And now we've signed Kieran Kennedy. Now have 3 subs to use (when Thompson is fit).

We have 15 I think, so 4 subs at the moment?
He is our fourth centre-back, so I would expect one isn't even going to make the bench if we start the season with 17/18 in the squad.
