Macc vs Alty this evening in an attempt to finally complete our 1st round tie. Pitch inspection at 1pm (trust Macc to get this one called off) so we'll wait and see whether it goes ahead. Either way, only one stand will be open so it will feel like a friendly, especially with a gate of 500 or so for our biggest derby game.

Macc v Alty tonight at 7.45. Hopefully we can finally get this played, the weather certainly looks ok so it should go ahead as planned without any problems.

Forecast to get very cold from teatime, but should be able to get it on I imagine.

FT: 2-1. Away to AFC Sudbury in next round. One hand on the trophy already I'd say.

Pitch inspection at 8.30am for our game at Gateshead, although Cowley has said he'll have a bench full of U18's and the starting XI will mostly be fringe players.

Most of our XI will be left at home.

I imagine we'll send a strong line-up as our 2nd string got hammered by Whitby in midweek.

Sudbury have a 3G pitch and the game should go ahead; 3rd time lucky hopefully for winning on an artifical surface this season. Not sure how close to our Dover line-up we'll put out but I'd like to see at least a half from new loanees Dudley and Browne.

Assume we'll be putting out a strongish side again at Chester like we did for Truro (which we made heavy going of all the same). Would have liked to see Mullings given a chance to get going but I understand he's cup-tied, though not 100% on that. ETA Having a look he played for them against Taunton.

Our manager calling it the biggest game of the season - purely because we need to win it to get a bit of confidence back. If we lose this one, things are very much in danger of spiralling out of control.

Plastic derby at Worthing have a 3G pitch. Dos has said this is a big game for us, doing well in the FAT was always one of our objectives for the season. Having already beaten 2 teams from higher divisions Worthing aren't to be taken lightly.

I supppse if we lose we can blame the pitch

Will Danny Cowley be attending? I'd have thought he's far too good AND clever for the FA Trophy let alone actually attending the game.

Going to the game tomorrow purely because its half price and I've nothing better to do.

Not that interested but hoping to see us stick a load past them.. not overly fussed on result if its a decent spectacle though.

I'm covering this one for the NLP. Worthing are on a fantastic run, 13 games unbeaten, and their front two Bugiel and Dawes already have twenty one goals each this season. You're not wrong they shouldn't be taken lightly! But the food is good, the bar is great, the new outdoor bar will cut down on the queues, and the natives are friendly- so you should have a good day so long as your team turn up. Wrap up, though- the wind does whistle a bit around Woodside Road.

Will take a draw tomorrow right now, get Southport back down to London for a replay.

Just looking forward to a Northern away day, something I've not been able to experience.

Could go one of two ways, either a comfortable win or a very tight game. Haven't got a clue which. Unlike the Imps, Rovers will pick a strong side.

I'd rather we lost than end up drawing! The last thing we need is an extra midweek game down south. Having a stretched squad in a relegation battle is no fun!

Would love to make a decent go of the Trophy, even as an insurance policy for another day out at Wembley if the play-offs go completely wrong again (sorry to jinx you but my money is on Lincoln for automatic, well managed and the best team we have played for several seasons, at least since Bristol Rovers were here), but my money is on us all reconvening at home for a game on Tuesday evening...or whenever they might schedule the replay. Prediction - draw.

Our game is on and it appears quite a few of our fans are travelling up there despite the baltic conditions!
