Mansfield's support is and always has been terrible. I'll never buy the "why would you wanna go to Luton" bullshit either. Could say the same about half the teams in this league.

What the fuck are you on about, we have nearly always travelled well around the country.

I'll admit Saturday was really poor, and I don't really understand why to be honest I'm sure we took 400+ on a Tuesday to Luton before in the conference.

Maybe it's just turning in to one of those grounds where we don't travel well for certain reasons I don't see why you lot find that so offending :)

Go on then, tell me what's inaccurate in my post?
All of it.

But at least you acknowledged that one of your fans ran onto your own pitch and tried to punch Gabby Zakuani, after telling us it was all our fans causing lots of toruble.

Oh wait.......

getting to Luton's ground is hardly a chore,
so why it that opposition fans don't bring some more?
is it our charm or hospitality or wit,
or the fact that their " look at our travelling army" fans are full of shit!
granted that the kennel is hardly one of the wonder's of the world,
but the hatters fans stand proud with banners unfurled.
so come on away fans and try to make an effort to support your team,
it seems our fans travel in numbers because promotion is the dream.
it might happen as we're considered to be in with a shout,
but if nothing else,at least our fans enjoy a day out.

Our away followings have been dwindling for a few years now. Thought it was disappointing yesterday especially given last weeks performance but I only expected 350 anyway.

Probably won't even manage 150 to Stevenage a week Tuesday

Maybe it's being all ticket? We won't bring as many as we have in the past on Saturday as all ticket just puts people off. 500 I reckon

There were no cash turnstiles, but you could phone the club and get a ticket right up until kick off if you wanted.

Are all of you Orient fans thick or something?

The reason for many Oxford fans feelings toward Orient fans relate to the piss taking at our relegation by many of your fans. Grown men laughing in the faces of crying children, wannabe day trippers largeing it up from the safety of TVP protection, showing no compassion toward the club whose league status had just come to an end.

As I've said before, celebrate your own success by all means, but show a bit of class and compassion about it. Don't be surprised if the very people you've disrespected and taken the piss out of have long memories. What goes around comes around. Seems to me as if you're still in denial about what REALLY happened even now.

That's where you're going wrong, then. Just have bloody cash turnstiles. Imagine our attendance at Kenilworth will be pretty small - Tuesday night aways are usually spur-of-the-moment-depending-on-how-quickly-I-get-out-of-work games for many.

In fairness my favourite part of the Oxford match was laughing at two year olds as I stole their sweets. How I chortled.

My favourite part was when we all ignored our newly-promoted players and the opportunity for celebration of our own achievements, and instead ran across the pitch to write "Relegated" on Oxford fans' foreheads with permanent markers. And then did a wee on Eric's nan, but I've already gone through that bit for everyone.

It's not up to us, it's mandated by the police as we have home fans in the same end with no proper way to segregate them.

Anyway, you can still make a spur-of-the-moment decision to come, you just have to phone the ticket office in the car/on the train on your way to the ground and you are good to go.

So are you, what about your fan who punched Gabby Zakuani in the face on the pitch and the ones who went after Lee Steele?

Oh and don't worry, we will be a non league club one day and I don't expect sympathy from you or anyone else. What goes around comes around in football, its the way the world goes round.

Offending? Mate I couldn't care less - just pointing out to those above that you support is pony. Move on. Have a cup of tea. Relax.

There's less than 30 Crawley fans tonight, I've got it at 21.

Can't knock those that went, but 27 is surprisingly poor. And I'm saying that as a Dagenham fan...

From our 4 away games so far, our average, for a team that hasn't been winning many games is very respectable at 1,277. Especially as we've only had 1 'local' game so far.

Looks like 800 Orient on the button at Northampton today. Another bout of all-ticket idiocy, mind.

Yes, but you announced the game as all-ticket last week. And then said it wasn't yesterday evening when people would already have made other plans/wouldn't even have had time to find out. Dimwitted. What did they think was going to happen? 1,000 ticketless Orient fans showing up?

Didn`t matter, you didn`t sell your initial allocation
