Following very well, These people that "made other plans" obviousley wasn`t that bothered about being there, otherwise they would have bought a ticket when they were still loads available wouldn`t they?
Do most of your proper fans leave it till Saturday morning until they decide if they`re going or not ?
Sounds to me like you`re a bit embarrassed about a top of the table side not selling out

Why would I be embarrassed at us taking 800 to Northampton? That's good numbers.

My point is that people often don't know whether they're going to be free or not - myself for example - so I didn't pick up a ticket last week, and just wrote off the idea of going as I didn't think I'd have a choice in the matter. It's a demonstrable fact that, in most instances, making a game all-ticket at our level reduces attendances. You had no need to make it all-ticket. I have no idea why you're nitpicking about it.

don't get it, 800 is good for an 80 mile trip but our support got knocked for taking 1,500 ( sell out ) to plymouth last week despite being shit (120 miles)

Because whoever knocked your support at Plymouth is an idiot?

Though as a caveat to that, 'good numbers' is all relative. If Accrington take more than 150 south of Manchester they've done well.

For me highlights the bigger problem of the East Stand being empty which was a handy overflow for some 400 fans. Get used to it as 950 seats for away fans is a joke.

Then of course we have Wycombe who have made our game all ticket! Last season we took 801 fans. Yes one season we took 2,300 odd, but that was an one off!

That was the game we had fans in 3 stands at Adams Park, and I'm sure they sold too many tickets because they ended up roping off a section of their main stand at the bottom for some of our overflows.

Are all of you Orient fans thick or something?

The reason for many Oxford fans feelings toward Orient fans relate to the piss taking at our relegation by many of your fans. Grown men laughing in the faces of crying children, wannabe day trippers largeing it up from the safety of TVP protection, showing no compassion toward the club whose league status had just come to an end.

As I've said before, celebrate your own success by all means, but show a bit of class and compassion about it. Don't be surprised if the very people you've disrespected and taken the piss out of have long memories. What goes around comes around. Seems to me as if you're still in denial about what REALLY happened even now.

Haha is this some sort of joke. I was there and i also have dvd of the full match and continuous footage of at least 20 mins after final whistle. 'Laughing in the face of crying children' haha your brain is damaged. Our fans didn't even get half way across the pitch and of those on the pitch it counted for about 5% of the total amount of the away fans who the vast majority of which stayed in the stand. Your brain is seriously damaged by the bitterness of getting relegated. We were dancing about. Yeah erm we had just won promotion for the first time 17 years! Your post is just unbelievable and if Oxford fans feel that way then that is just seriously pathetic.

Obviously most Oxford fans' brains are damaged then, as that's the general consensus and we can't all be wrong.

435 even happier yellows at York.
1 defeat in the last 19 games is beginning to sound promising

You mean at Accrington.

Careful though, don't start sounding too positive or the Northampton and Orient posters will be on your case.
