We've done the same the last two summers.

£60k this season, £25k the year before. Also do FPS (Fans Player Scheme), which is a monthly direct debit. I think that's about £7k a year at the minute.

The whole thing makes our situation seem more dire than it probably really is. I know that Curle and Mike Denovellis are just trying to get the fans involved and worked up, but the outcome is it makes it seem as though our whole season rests on being able to raise a few grand through crowdsourcing and a higher than average attendance against Barnet. How many people, knowing how ready to shoot the club down our fans are, will pack in for the season if we fail to meet these ultimately inconsequential targets?

After the move collapsed late on last deadline day, Green/his agent had been in touch with the club November-December time to see if it would be a possibility in January. We told them we weren't going to pursue the deal anymore. His agent then got back in touch offering to renegotiate the terms to try to engineer the move again but again we said no thanks.

Even if Wyke goes it's my understanding that we have targets in that position that are far more of a priority than Green.

Never heard of him, and it seems unlikely considering Derby are interested and having a quick look at Exeter forum they seem to want 1m+ for him although that might be bias obviously.
