It appears that we have managed to giveaway enough tickets (as part of the MK50 celebrations) to open up the upper tiers at Stadio:MK. That should result in a 21K+ crowd on Saturday which is a lot of (potential) disappointed first timers.

I suppose that, technically, all season ticket holders have 'paid' for a seat tomorrow although we do get a free additional ticket. That's useful for me as my son lives just a few miles away but as it's in the badlands of South Northamptonshire he doesn't have the MK postcode needed for his own freebie. A nice gesture from Winkelman and I'm guessing that he is banking on each of the freeloaders spending an average of a fiver each to help offset the extra policing and stewarding costs.

I long for a season where we can look down the table (as opposed to up it) just to see what averages we could muster. Season after season of dire shit cant have anything other than a negative effect on our numbers.

If you were in our position now I'd have no doubt you'd be in the top 5 at least. You could manage a 1k plus average quite convincely.

Oldham only took 148 to vale but it was a tuesday night.

I was basing it over what I've seen in the last 6 years more than just this season.
