Yeah we didn’t get going at all. Brady mentioned we were ‘strangled’ and I think that’s an apt word. Couldn’t string any meaningful possession/pressure together and that left us unable to get out. Still managed to limit you but to only have one decent chance is a pretty poor show and not something we’ve seen often under Brady.
In fairness, you defended your box pretty well. We just couldn't seem to quite get in a position to score. Garrity added a bit more physicality up front and it made the difference. You can clearly see a plan and the fact we have a coach first and foremost as a manager is clear to see. We've never had such proactive substitutions and incredible depth of research into the opposition's strengths and weaknesses. This current form is no accident.

It's a compliment to us this season so far that teams have come to try and get a draw or scrape a one goal victory on the break
Not sure what Hoskins was doing with that chance. Also thought the keeper got down very slowly to our goal...he looked to be carrying a bit too much timber to me.

We've seen before how things can go quickly wrong but we've got some excellent footballers this season. We've got a very solid goalkeeper and are much more energetic. We've also got to be one of the fittest teams in the league...it's one of many goals we've scored in the last quarter of the game.

Still targeting 50 points and then go from there.

Thought we were well worth a point at wigan yesterday, played some decent stuff at times but in the final third wigan just had that little bit of quality that we didn’t although from our point of view it’s poor defending on both goals.

Disappointing result but a decent performance.

I have mixed feelings about our draw today. Whilst it always feels good to score a 95th minute equaliser, it was the least we deserved.

Derby were poor and looked like they were going to be bailed out by a poor penalty decision. We'd outplayed them for the majority of the game but yet again our lack of clinical finishing meant we never made our superior play count.

We've got plenty to build on for Tuesday night's trip to Barnsley but if Derby continue to play like they did today, they'll be nowhere near the promotion picture.
I got to say the Ref was completly out of her depth on saturday. Bishop pulled over time and time again, books Pack for a tackle from behind, fine, then their lad Fornah already on a yellow does the same, no yellow. Robertson cleaned out, no yellow. Awful decision for the penalty aswell. Good thing for us is that we look like we're made of stronger stuff than last season. Bishop was ill all week, we had no forwards or wingers on the bench due to injuries. First choice RB and CM out suspended, yet had more of the ball, more shots on target than Derby who we were lucky to get a point off them last season in the reverse fixture.. On another point, could Collins stop scoring against us please!! every bloody match he does!
