I can't see them sacking him if they are around 4th or 5th or even just outside the play offs going into the run in, (I know they won't be that low but hypothetically) as they didn't even make them last year and he is still in a job.
Surely if he was for the boot it would've happened last season?

Yeah my point was more that when you had your bad patch up to Christmas and fell well behind there was no panic by your board and no sacking, so if you dropped away now but were still in play off contention I don't think he would be sacked.
All hypothetical anyway as you will win the league come what may.

When you have won at places like newcastle chelsea man city everton and arsenal come back and talk about jealousy, until then start to show a little more respect to the supporters of the other 23 clubs on here non of which seem to sound off like fgr do!

There must be something in the air down there that alters your mind when inhaled that makes you think you are barcelona the way you carry on.

LOADS of MONEY and QUALITY, but no CLASS.

Very amusing comment from Chester lady fan when one considers the semi-official 7 minute Chester video of game showed Chester's entire ball possession in game and their goal but not both FGRs goals.
Missing from video was a FGR goal of the highest quality. The build up not only consisted in the region of fifteen to twenty passes but takes place in the oppositions half of the field. .

Let me get this right... the fact that a kid Chester fan didn't show one of your goals on YouTube nullifies the argument that FGR have no class? Are you for real?

Bizarre isn't it, I mean, FGR Stroud can be forgiven for not knowing that it's a kid with his phone initially, I've seen him at games so I know, but to come back again with that after I've told him has got me bemused quite frankly!

Chester's out-of-his-depth manager Jon McCarthy is seriously deluded.

He reckons (in our local paper) that our 2-1 defeat at home to FGR was the best we've played this season.
Personally I'd say it was our 3-0 win v D & R but what do I know. Once FGR had coasted into a 2-0 lead the game was over.
Shane Pinnington (local radio) said FGR were playing like a testimonial. The late Durrell goal was never more than a consolation. One of our youngsters Matt Waters was introduced near the end and was impressive, but both he and beast Sam Hughes have never got near the regular spots they deserve. Our ethos is organic growth, but it's not working under this clown.
