How on earth has Charleine got so far in this, every single week she's flapping around and fucking up. Yet she goes into the boardroom and flutters her eyelashes, and off the hook she gets.

The whole group have been very uninspiring this year. I think Richard is pretty good but Lord Sugar doesn't seem to like him personally so he won't win. So Vana or Joseph, which ever has a semi competent business plan.

Charlene is definitely on some sort of SEN spectrum; Probably the reason why Sugar didn't make any big noise about her getting upset and offering her a chance to leave the room.

I really like Charlene. I think she's been pretty useless, but she's more likeable than the other contestants. Her and Brett didn't bullshit or turn their nose up at anyone else in the process and their success seems sheerly based on hard work. I loved her purposely showing up Richard in previous tasks. I hope she wins. Richard is clearly the best, but he's a complete knob.

I was also pretty gutted that Selina didn't show up for You're Fired. The most detestable character on the show for quite a few years.

Sugar likes Charlene but she always flaps under pressure - she'll be destroyed in the interviews. Richard to be exposed as well. Out of the other 3 Gary isn't really Sugar's type so Vana and Joseph are the favourites but he's a good all-rounder, a solid business plan and he's got every chance.

Enjoyed this series. They might not be the best in terms of actual business people but there's been some good characters. Hadn't really watched it much the last few years but really got into it this time.

To be fair Sugar made it clear he blamed Richard for the task failing. He also outright accused Brett of kissing Richard's arse. At that point Brett had no choice but to bring Richard back.

If Charlene has a good business plan then I can see why she has stayed, only possible explanation for me and one that defeats the whole purpose of the competition.

Richard getting a hammering should be fun. Imagine they wont get many highlights out of grey Gary.

I think Richard should win based on performances across all the shows but ultimately I see it being a Joseph vs Vana final. Gary will be first to get the boot. I think Richard will get torn apart in the interviews as they'll be out to knock his ego down a peg or two. Then Charleine will be the one Lord Sugar is proud of but has to let go.

Then I think Vana wins the final.

I do think Richard's probably the been the best performer over the course of the series but he's also rather smug so it would be quite nice to see him brought down a PEG OR TWO.

to be honest i wasnt sure on Vana but that has made me warm to her. also Charlene. i think regardless of this process Lord Alan always has an idea who he wants as his final 2 and its more a case of checking to make sure they dont fuck up through the other 12 weeks

Disagree, they knew there was too much oil and said that would change with the final product. The branding was to blame with no mentiom of the USP to set it apart in it being raw and the way it was cooked. Even Sugar blamed Richard and basically sacked Brett for not blaming him and Brett only brought him back in instead of Vana because he knew Sugar blamed him.

Point being though it stemmed from Vana putting too much oil because she thought it was the best thing to do. I did understand why raw wasn't put as the casual person may not understand what raw meant in terms of crisps etc.

The min failure for me was the USP not the oil. Whether that was to say raw, dehydrated or not fried. That to me said that they (Richard) didn't understand the health part which was clearly the main part of the task.

Looking forward to the interviews as always. Glad Claude is one of the interviewers still. As for the candidates, I'm hoping Vana wins, I think she's done well throughout the process and out of the final five she's the only one I don't dislike.

Vana is most likely to keep her cool and come across well in the interviews IMO. They will be dying to pick Richards business plan to bits and I don't think he'll cope well. Charleine will get emotional. Joe's plan is likely to have lots of holes in it I reckon. And Gary doesn't have enough about him to take it.

Charleine cost herself with all these crazy ideas about coming to London and setting up her salon business. Silly women, had she said she was intending to grow herself out of Plymouth, she have probably got it.

Glad Richard and Gary got fired, Richard was a slippery little bullshitter who got found out and Gary was the most boring person on the planet.

Vana's plan has got scope to be fair, but as Sugar says, that tiny £250k will go in an instant. Hope Joseph wins.

The interviews weren't as brutal as previous years and none of the ideas are particularly impressive. I think Vana is a lock to win this because her idea could produce so much more profit and I think her previous endeavours are more impressive, but I'd like Joseph to win. Richard was rumbled, it was nice to see him admit his own faults though, first time in the entire season I didn't feel like throttling him.
