Danny Ings cost £8mill at tribunal 2 years ago, so it's not an outlandish figure.
I know Ings was more proven, but market values were also considerably less just 2 years ago.

BBC reckon we aren't interested in Fabinho. Perhaps Jose has his heart set on signing Dier. I'd much prefer Matic.

Close to signing Aaron Mooy for £8million rising to £10million + addons from Man City.

Smashing our transfer record 6x.

A massive player to how we run, the most important signing we can make. Him and Hogg work brilliantly together and I honestly can't wait to see him in the Premier League.

Now that Tolisso gone to Bayern the only players we're being actually linked with again are Bakayoko and Willy Caballero.

Apparently we didn't learn to strengthen the team after winning the league even after last time.

Its quite difficult to know who to buy for your side though. Only a Costa replacement seems obvious, then depth. But given the turnaround under Conte for Moses, he might just look at your 14million loan players and pick a few of them.
Surprised theres been no murmurs of interest in Renato Sanches or Douglas Costa given their positions at Bayern.

Douglas Costa is apparently going to Juventus. Serie A is really strengthening this window. We should hopefully have Milan back strong, and obviously Roma, Napoli and Juventus are all very good teams.

A lot of talk about Giroud bubbling up recently. Seems to have dropped to second choice at Arsenal, with Perez apparently off too they must be eyeing somebody up.

We've had a £7.2m bid for Tom Ince rejected and also strongly linked with Patrick Roberts from City, which makes sense given our good relations with City and our new DoF coming from Celtic.

I'd be buzzing with either.

Roberts is a cracking player. If it was the choice between him and Ince, I'd definitely go with the former.

Conte is apparently unhappy with Chelsea's lack of transfer activity.

Just one more year on loan guys then you'll break into the first team.

I want us to go in for Roberts.

No disrespect, but he could do better than being at a side that faces a 90% chance of relegation and a battle all season.

Someone like Everton or Southampton should be enquiring to be honest.

Rumours that we're in for Iheanacho. They seem to be fuelled by the odds on him coming to us being slashed deespite no bids and neither club even mentioning the possibility of a transfer. So some punters wanged £50 on it, the odds have dropped and we have ourselves a rumour.
Also interested in Muriel at Sampdoria for 25mill apparently. A player who everybody has bought in FIFA at some point but has never done much in real life. Like Ibarbo.

Leicester signing Jakupovic who is usually Hull's second choice for £2M, he's also pretty awful. Football is crazy.

£2m is nothing for a Premier League team.

Ronaldo wants to leave Madrid? Seems like something Madrid made up to divert attention from his tax scandal.

He was second choice when they were promoted but he was the number 1 for a large part of the season (he was my fantasy prem no 2 and got me some points) but Zieler is unhappy about his playing time and we have had offers so really its not bad as we'll get the fee back and we're in no worse a position.

Also he played with Maguire so theres a defensive relationship there which is a bonus.

Well they've not done a very good job as apparently it's to do with the tax scandal http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40302296

Still, can't see him moving. He only recently signed a 5 year contract and no European club would be willing to pay what they'd probably be asking for given his age.

Still, be prepared for the United "links".

It's all over Marca. Almost like I'm expecting Spear to start a thread about how United will prove they're the biggest club in the world.

Would be interesting who Madrid sign if Ronaldo leaves. I expect them to go for Hazard. Surely Conte will resign if this happens.
