I can't recall us taking that many midweek for a league game to London for a while or ever and maybe woyld of been a couple hundred more if potd for lower tier

It's very good considering QPR is very expensive, a London trip and a midweek game.

Not sure that their away support has always been what its like in the last 3 or 4 seasons where its been superb , i could be wrong but always had it down as very average before that. Maybe heading back that way if they dont challenge top 2

If they are doing well they have good away support. If they are doing shit it goes down like a lead balloon. I've seen them sell out at villa, but I've also seen them bring well below 1k for a Saturday game. The support they get considering their population is very good though.

No away number from Burton as usual and our club decided not to bother announcing how many we'd sold before the game, I was there and I'd estimate 1000-1200. Seated section was full, terrace was busy all the way along but wasn't squashed in as has been the case when we've sold out previously

Looked pretty full on tv. Allocation is 400 down on 2 years ago though so no where near as squashed. We had over 2k there then our allocation is 1600 in a few weeks

We had 1,825 allocation in August at Burton.

Boro have decent away support, some can say it is fickle but I think that can be levelled at many clubs, Wolves being this years example. Boro is a small place and hardly the most affluent, their attendances are pretty good given the above.

Most clubs are fickle in some way, even the mighty Leeds.

Seemed a few more there than that, and I’m pretty sure It was showing as over 2,600 sold on the Villa website a couple of days ago. However many I’m glad I made the trip!

Our twitter feed said we had sold 2603 when tickets went off sale. They have been wrong in the past so no surprise. Best we've played in ages.

Not bad and go to shows what our support would be like in a few seasons down here. Last season we sold out the whole end with over two weeks to go until the game.

We were given, and sold 5,703 on the opening day, official announcement from PNE 5,489.

Nah, 2,200 looked spot on to me from the opposite stand.
