Watched this morning.

Did they really need to waste so much time conducting interviews from the Plymouth game at various points throughout the show?

Don't even bother with ITVs offering. YouTube best place to watch highlights of all EFL games. Never miss a goal, red card or other incident, no analysis, no sycophant presenters creaming over bigger clubs and far fewer adverts.

Absolutely this. I gave up on EFL highlights when quest lost it.
YouTube is far better. Especially the non league clubs with their own tv channels and highlights.

The advantage of a highlights programme though is it is all in one place. I dont really want to trawl through YouTube to watch Shrewsbury v Cheltenham

Exactly.

I'm not naive, The Championship is the biggest division so will demand more air time. But to basically make League 1 and 2 effectively a goals roundup with no mention of losing teams having a shot on goal was criminal in my eyes/

It definitely needed some comment on the Port Vale first half domination at Barnsley, as we were all left with the impression that they were thrashed.

We're about to be taken over by trustworthy American owners who are worth to be around £400 million!!!

We will finally become a modernised club who can compete at this level and beyond and be like Rotherham or someone with our new backing.

Walsall fans said the same.

You can have Kayode back on loan to kick start you.

Our game at Derby, which was due to be the 23rd December, was moved to the 22nd and now the police have realised that policing a football match on the last day of work before Xmas isn't a good idea and is now the Thursday night.

Based on nothing at all I suspect its more likely to be a potential investor who might put a couple million in than a takeover.

Hahahaha

Who told you that bollocks?

It's definitely a takeover, no doubt. It'll finally be the end of the 3 amigos.

I’d take him back. We’re crying out for a big physical number 9.

Luke Plange looks about as good as Lincoln fans said he was. Carver appears to be right for a change.

Told you so.

I know what to expect from particular players and I didn't buy into any casual hope that he may come good like you did.

I’d honestly never seen him play so was reserving judgement. But I saw enough against Fleetwood to see that he’s not the required quality for this level.

You’d obviously already seen him play previous so had an advantage to make the call. Although I’m not quite sure he’s an Omotoye, he seems more hard working than him.

He failed to kick on with youse?

He went to MK Dons on loan to play League 1 football, well thatwas the cunning plan.
Trouble was he only got a handful of appearances before he damaged a quad.

He came back here for re-abilitation and is slowly beggining to look more like his old self.
He scored a tap in against Morecambe on Tuesday night but he has a fair way to go to be a regular Championship player.

He should probably go out on loan and Carlisle would be a good place for him, he enjoyed it there in his last spell and would benefit from feeling comfortable in his surroundings.

First though Matt Taylor wants to have a good look at him and assess what's best for him and the club.

You can have Tom Eaves instead if you like :)

This is like Christmas
Any more?

We've got a decent LB/LWB called Tolaji Bola who doesn't appear to be in Taylors thinking despite having a very good pre-season playing both LB & RB.
He wants him to go out on loan.

He was at Bradford City last year but hardly played, not sure why.

I never saw him play, I just read the many Lincoln fan comments and from that immediately drew a conclusion on him and with already being sick of previous useless u23 loan forwards lately just added to that conclusion.

Whoever recommended Flange to Simmo needs sacked and Simmo needs to look at his own judgement for signing him as he is non league standard and not the type of player we need anyway. He is just as crap and hopeless as Omotoye was.

Now a Rotherham fan is saying we could have had Kayode back and even Tom Eaves instead!

But no we end up with some way out of his depth Lincoln reject..

One point deduction for Reading. Yeah that’ll show them..

To be fair reading the statement the EFL seem unhappy with it. Have to see if they deposit the required amount in time as that cost Wigan another deduction. Wonder why its different totals to Wigan which were 4 immediate and 4 suspended (then imposed)?

I dont see how any punishment can ever be 1 point. If a points deduction is ever enforced it really should be a minimum of 4/5 - otherwise, just fine/restrict them
