What’s the maximum allocation at Stockport as we’ve just about sold out before general sale

Stockport fans.

Are you likely to sell out against Doncaster on the 7th? Me and my lad ticked Portsmouth off last season so I cba go all the way down there again and pay a fortune, so he's picked your gaff as his next one to tick off (I've done it 3 times before myself). So just wondering if it's a possibility before I book train tickets for us?

Amazing bit of bait there, they will definitely fall for that.

We won't sell out. Tickets should be available on the website now.

Bit rich coming from a club with the 2nd highest ST prices in L2.

So you’re OK with getting ripped by your own club but not a 1 off £3 for 1 away game.

That’s wrong - those are not GTFC early bird prices. Only a hundred or so STs have been sold at those prices. The club also has to consider the shiteness of Blundell Park. Most games last season were within a couple of hundred seats of being sold out (that’s tickets sold not attendance). Most remaining seats are restricted view. The club just can’t afford to charge the same as clubs with either big capacity (Bradford, Notts) or next to no home fans (Salford). It would be a huge revenue hit.

1st batch of 600 odd tickets for Salford almost sold for 7th October. Could be 2 1000+ followings on consecutive Saturdays which doesn't happen often with us.

Mansfield tickets went on sale this morning and it’s already pushing a home sell-out. Will the police let us split the away end, I wonder.

Absolutely no chance!

Although saying that I would never have thought that this fixture, at this level would attract such a huge crowd and sell out so quickly.

And it's on the telly.

Well we know how much mansfield mean to county fans under a certain age (say 35 or so) it’s their biggest game, no wonder they want to follow so much, great numbers.

Great numbers all round, surprised by the away allocation though.

And in return I respect and am impressed Mansfield bringing considerably less (of all ages) to Meadow Lane than they take to Field Mill for the first time that I can ever remember.

It's a whole new world Adam.

I imagine Notts Police have had a say in regards to the allocation, they would definitely want the maximum possible given to Mansfield.

It is less than we have been given previously in that stand, it’s been above 4,000 in the past.

Exactly, we live in the age of where this game means more to county fans than it does to mansfield fans bet not many county fans knocking around in the 80s/90s would’ve believed that!

A Notts County fan called our away end ‘pathetically small’ on twitter today, quite ironic considering they only managed 1100 odd last time they visited :D

We need a new table, one those show percent of tickets sold by availability, it's the only fair way to do this.

Make sure to include ticket prices and train strikes into any figures
