A lot of Cov fans use SISU as an excuse when in reality they wouldn't turn up in league two no matter who the owners were.

I'm sure there are some who stay away due to SISU but with Cov fans there will always be an excuse not to go. When we moved to the Ricoh first it was "it's not in the city centre" or "it's impossible to park" and then SISU came along and everyone has a ready made excuse.

Even when we were in the prem our crowds were fairly poor.

This is correct.

As said previously, we are the biggest bandwagon club in the country. People will stay away until games like MK and Brighton turn up and we sell 5000 in 45 minutes.

Club tweeted this morning 26000 tickets now gone for Saturday so with walk ups and access support we may hit 30000.
Just shows if the club incentivise the Cov public by £5 a ticket and freebies to schools they will come up. Especially they need to keep targeting the youngsters , they are the future and the club needs to spend on this now so to keep them for the future.
How much money may these people spend in the club shop and stadium concourses in the days running up to and including Saturday.

I'm not sure we we'll be allowed the full sell out. Having 2600 empty seats in the away end and another 1000 or so for the segregation.

Coventry have announced that the club will play at the Ricoh again next season.

Just a one year deal though, disappointing.

What a disaster this is so far. Shocking performance, players booed off the pitch, plenty of empty seats.

Quite tense as a rendition of 'stand up if you love city' fails. Clear boos from the hardcore support towards the fans who are here for the one off.

To make it clear, booed off by the part timers who have barely been a game since we were in the big time.

Accrington played well. We were terrible. About 20k there despite what the attendance said. Crap.

Coventry pretty much always choke in front of a big crowd. We know all to well.

We'll always be shit. The main reason why a a club in a city the size of Coventry don't get big crowds.

We have been shit for 20 years on and off the pitch.

Very pleased with our performance today
John coleman said in his interview after that Coventry had illness in the squad this week so probably the best time to play them. I don't think your fans should be too despondent at this stage.
Great offer by your club today - hopefully some of our traveling fans today will keep coming away with us.

Hope you had a good day out, you totally deserved the win.

We had to make 5 changes today oand had to take 2 off early because of the illness.

However, we were just awful.
