Very worrying times for Scunny

Always thought there's basically two reasons people buy football clubs

1. More money than sense / they know what to do with
2. Financial crime

I can't understand what Hilton was trying to or what his motivation was if it wasn't the 2nd. He may have thought he could flip the ground and run with the cash. He may have been trying to get another investor to come in. Either way it's the fans that suffer.

Football authorities have to put stricter scrutiny into these things.

It's quiet because Ninety Per Cent hasn't posted since the news of the takeover, he's absolutely fuming something good has happened to the club

Waiting for Bottega Don to say he’s going to support the buy back of Glanford park and then come up with some weasel excuse.

Do the new owners have the money to continue plugging the financial gaps? Or is it a case of a group of Scunny fans taking over the Club (and presumably Swann will be more receptive to keeping them at Glanford Park?) but needing to make cuts to bring everything closer to a breakeven model?

It's a group of fans who took over but they are all business owners, no idea how much money is behind them though. They are talking to Swann to purchase the stadium at the moment.

Our attendances have been excellent this year considering our situation, I imagine that is helping fund the squad. It is bloated though so we will need to offload some players.

Retaining a manager who was a proven failure with all the backing he could have wanted.
Ripping off fans with a shady bond scheme.
Pie in the Sky plans for a Town Centre ground.
Unbanning some banned idiots and encouraging them, with them causing havoc home and away.
Encouraging Fans to turn on each other.

And a lot of people fell for it.

It’s okay there was a small portion of our fans that saw him a saviour. There are people in every fan base that refuse to look at facts.
