Dunn looks quality to be fair, one of the best attacking mids I saw last season. Rate Lapslie too but I reckon you might be right about Dunn being better from the little I've seen of them both. However having said that, I think we came up against Dunn 3 times last season and were undefeated whereas Lapslie scored past us for Gillingham when they beat us.

Any player playing in a team that has 3 games against teams like Grimsby and doesn’t manage to win even one needs sending down a couple of leagues to play for some non league shite like Scunny IMO.

Seriously though I do properly rate Lapslie, Dunn is much better technically on the ball but other than that it’s close. Both need to be played in a 10 role though.

Would have loved Dunn with us, never understood why we didn’t do for him when he was at Oldham. We went for Danny Rowe instead

I made a concerted effort to be nice to Bradford fans last season after the last time we were in League 2 as I unfairly and mercilessly mocked their ST prices and massiveness and saw the error of my ways. However, I didn't account for the fact that Firthy is a man who could get into an argument if he was locked in a room on his own.

i don’t think i ever mentioned that injuries fucked us over once last season hah. We could well have gone up automatically had we not had such a ridiculous list.

Clough certainly seems to have strengthened in the right areas, which is hugely encouraging.

Whereas we got a good fee for him last season i miss lapslie he’d have been a good utility/backup player.

Firthy is like a lower league meathead charging around telling anyone that will bite that Bradford are massive and everyone else is a little maggot. Eventually someone will bite and he's happy for a week. There's definitely a place for that, it's just more crass and destructive.

Bit more craft and guile goes into what I do, I'm more of a playmaker. Bringing joy to the forum with well crafted memes slipped through the defensive cracks. I like to get people up and out of their seats.

Based on what Sparks said last night and the salary cap protocol, we could spunk almost £5m a year on the wage budget in this division but that would be a waste. And again, wouldn't trust us to spend it. But hey, we'll fly when (if) we ever make it to L1. Apparently.

I was born in All Saints maternity hospital, my Dad is a Gills fan and both sides of my family are Kentish. Visited Medway regularly.
