Oh for sure yes. Avoid defeat and I think that's us good but lose and we're still right in it

We'll do our best to make it slightly less huge by beating Blackburn for y'all
I can't see them winning at Wolves and Brentford, or beating Villa. Two points at most I reckon. I will probably be looking more at the updates from your match than pay attention to how we do against Burton :conf:

Blackburn, Birmingham and Forest are all due a stint in the third tier so its a shame they cant all get relegated.

Burton look most likely to drop given yesterdays results but Im sure it will be all change on Monday

I don't know, I wouldn't have had them beating Forest. Wolves have nothing to play for and were properly shite at ours, Villa aren't so great away, I'd be surprised if they don't get at least one win somewhere.

And yeah, it's that time of the season you're at the game focussing more on your phone checking the other scores than what's going on in front of you

Our away form is shite, don't be surprised for a Blackburn win. We're out of the drop zone due to our home form.

It's the hope that kills you.

Lots of rumours circulating down here that Karl Robinson will be your manager next season.

When it rains it pours, eh.

Great news for our promotion push next season though.

Is it just me that wants Burton to survive (not at our expense obviously)? It's fairy tale stuff if they manage to stay up as nobody, myself included, gave them a prayer.
IF they survive, surely they would be the smallest club, by some margin, to survive up here? Fair play to them if they do.

No, games like Ipswich and QPR. Safe and on the beach with nothing to play for. You won't get another point this season now you've gone past 50.

I'm not so sure about that. For a start we've got Rotherham away who I'm sure Mick would like to win considering we gave them they're only away point (if that's still correct).

By all accounts they were shite against us and only won because our keeper gifted them two goals, the referee awarded the softest penalty in the world and then disallowed an "equaliser" for nothing. I think they'll still go down.
Barnsley fan in "we should have won" shocker.

Honestly, you lot are obsessed.
Feel free to go back downstairs then. If you think Rotherham are smaller than Burton, you're obviously a wrong 'un anyway.
You've just got out of league TWO by the way, that means you're in league ONE, not here, in the Championship.
See ya. :tw:

Nope you're not the only one, I hope they do it too. The progress they've made over the past few years is unbelievable.

The possibility of Burton v Fleetwood as a championship fixture next season, who'd have thought that could happen.

I hadn't thought of that, would Fleetwood be even smaller than Burton? :dk:
EDIT: Just had a look, Fleetwood are averaging less than THREE THOUSAND. :eyes: Wow!

Between them or Donny i'd say it's tough to say, anybody who has played Dover Athletic in the league or lost to Frickley Athletic in the FA Trophy have done magnificent to survive in this league.

What a result yesterday. Win on Monday I think we'll pick up enough points from our final 3 games to survive. Can see Birmingham going down unless they turn this form around - in freefall at the moment and everyone else is picking up wins from unlikely sources.

I love the optimism from Roversfan2001. Whilst it was a great win for us against Forest that has given me a bit of hope, I just think that loss to Barnsley at home last week will prove to be crucial for us. I'm predicting that we finish on 49pts and will fall just short of staying up. Obviously I hope I'm wrong on this one.

Yeah the crowds they're getting are small but the owner has put in a hell of a lot of money over the last few years so I would still say Burtons is the better achievement.

One thing's for sure though, Fleetwood are the biggest team on the fylde coast by a long way :2thumb:

Couple of big fixtures today that'll go some way to making people feel a little more comfortable or a little more arse twitchy...Blues vs Burton, Blackburn vs Bristol City, Cardiff vs Forest.

I'm hoping Blues can draw some kind of inspiration from all the unrest at Rotherham at the weekend, we're desperate for a reaction and a spirited performance and a home win may just stave off a crowd that's currently balanced on a knife edge, could get very messy if Burton go a goal ahead. Bristol City have found a great little burst of form at the right time and have pulled themselves above us, my gut feeling is that Blackburn might get a win here to put the cat right among the pigeons. Forest have looked [almost] as bad as us, but away at a Cardiff team that are already on the beach worries me.

Well, that's killed the 5 five minutes waiting for a taxi, Weatherspoons here we come :gmc:
