Trialists Daniel Parslow and James Rowe have signed after impressing enough to earn a deal. Jack Deaman is heading out (he's playing on trial at a couple of clubs). We've also signed young keeper Rhys Lovett who was previously at Rochdale.

Thoughts on Rowe FGR fans? He impressed on Saturday against Bristol Rovers.

Really? He's a good player Rowe. I really, really rate the lad but he was frozen out by Adams and released in January. He's technically sound and can pick a pass and links up well with the forwards. However, going backwards he is next to useless and simply cannot tackle. He is lightweight and sometimes gets shoved off the ball, but if you play him in an advanced role he will hurt teams.
I think you have signed a really promising player.

Yeah Rowe looked decent, although I think it was a case of a player becoming a better player when he wasnt on the pitch for a lot of tranmere fans.

Definitely got something about him though and an eye for a goal. Don't know what formation Wrexham are planning on playing but he could only work in a 3 man midfield, too lightweight for a 2.

I could see him playing well in a 433. Will need other players around him to help do the dirty work though.

Can only echo other comments above, good technical ability but fairly lightweight. If you play to his strengths he could be a very useful player.

He played against you guys when you were at PP at the start of last season.

I would personally expect him to be behind Pell and Waters in the pecking order. Maybe use him away from home in a slightly more defensive 3 with Pell and Storer. As has been said, he's fairly lightweight and offers little defensively but the incisiveness of his passing will get supporters on side, a lot of ours wanted him to stay but I feel it was right to let him go. I think conference is his level, either as a squad player for a promotion chasing team or a mid-table starter.

I don't think Parslow is what you want if you're chasing promotion, solid and versitile enough though. Ironically his best performance was at Wembley for us, for some reason Hurst spent most of the season bringing him on in central midfield to 'see the game out' only problem was he wasn't actually any good at it.

Right back is where he's best.
