Are you coming on Saturday?

Unfortunately not, couldn't get tickets.
It's a shame because these games are the ones to look forward to, because they actually mean something.
A friend of mine from work is an Oxford fan, it's been too long since I've been able to take the piss out of him.

Why? Being an Oxford fan is reason enough to take the piss - non-league and all that!

Not surprised that you haven't seen many defeats when it's clear you're scared to come to Oxford.

If Swindon were to win then I'd expect you lot to be the Internet embodiment of apathy, given how little these results mean.

Ox fans would be in hiding. This thread would be dead!

I'll be there Saturday. We're drinking in the Kings Head (Arms?) down by the river at Sanford. Come and say hello.

Oh, and do us a favour in a couple of weeks - beat us in that God-awful EFL cup thingy.

I would but you won't make yourself known until you're behind the safety of the bus doors?

I'm only kidding, to be clear. I attend games with my family. There is very little stone Island.

Oh, and the hideous trophy- I vote to get this agreed early and say that neither side recognises the result.

Depends where you go. There's plenty in the Blackbird.

Got to say, in all seriousness, the intensity for this game is struggling to match that of the Bristol City game a couple of years back.

I've heard Stone Island is a bugger to wear with incontinence pants, Eric. Is that true?

Only one set of fans shitting themselves over this game. Although the incontinence pants would come in handy after the game, when we're pissing ourselves laughing at you.

I would be there if your club weren't scared to give us a decent number of tickets ;)

You're getting the 10% you're entitled to, and no more, as we've sold them all to home fans. Same for every other club we play from now on apart from FA Cup games, where we have to give 15%.

That Flinty thing was quite funny, tbh.

I always thought Beauchamp was an absolute fuckwit til I got to know him through our shared interest in greyhounds.

Twas still funny when Mark Walters booted him in the head at the CG. Almost as funny as Mike Ford missing that sitter.

All before my time. :D

Hand on heart, I have never seen Swindon playing as anything other than an utter embarrassment. Five games against us, and I also tuned into your ritual humiliations at Wembley on a couple of occasions. It has been a fantastic experience.
