First is a dive. The images show he didn’t actually touch your lad on the second, 10 v 11 is game over. He’s given you the game there. The penalty is probably in response to the red but then he’s booked Devine when your keepers play acted.
Didn't touch him? Mate I’m all up for supporting your side but you’re living in dream land. The blokes on a yellow and he does this, and you blame the ref claiming he hasn’t touched him?

Just turned the stream off. Haven’t felt this unbothered about football in a long, long time. Never wanted the season to end in the first week of October before.

Wycherley, Moore, Taylor can all fuck off.

I fucking hate football sometimes. Deserved to go ahead but we’ve since contrived to give the ball away in bad areas too often, which led to the equaliser. Next gave away a soft penalty and Aimson gets sent off a minute later.

Now 3-1 down and it’s damage limitation.

Fucking fed up of this shit. Not one of our players deserves to wear the shirt and we're playing against the officials every fucking week as well. Wake me up when we're back in non league in a couple of years.

Frustratingly, we actually looked better than Rovers but as with last season, we can't defend and we struggle to score....a recipe for disaster.

A guy not making his debut and a proper striker and we win that game tonight...it sounds daft but if you'd watched the game it would show.

2 stonewall penalties denied and 2 other big shouts ignored, then they go down the other end and score. We looked dead and buried until the 96th minute. A draw that feels like a win.

Scott Simpson should not be an EFL referee. Prior to today he'd shown 41 yellows and 4 reds in just 7 days, and tonight he bottled it - massively.

On to Bolton.

Lost 6 in a row against Charlton. Another club i hate.
Still, Barnsley on Saturday, without our best defender (unless that gets rescinded). That will be fun.

Our game at Leyton Orient is delayed due to a home supporter receiving medical treatment. Quite a few Orient fans ran on the pitch 2nd half to try and stop the game with ref trying to carry on. Wellens went on pitch to tell fans to get off. Game stopped at 83 minutes for a few mins. Teams now been taken off the pitch. Unsure what happens, but hope the fan is ok.

Oxford away.

We’ll most likely have more shots and be slightly the better team but ultimately come away with 0 points once again.

Oxford 2-0 Salop
I might just have a terrible memory... Other than Udoh’s daisy cutter that went well wide in the 92nd minute, did you have a single shot?

Second half was a bore fest, aside from Bowers and Sproson taking the piss out the referee.

Took our key players off and saved them for Saturday, didn’t look arsed and Wilson missed an absolute sitter when he came on.

Frustrating night, poor red card decision but Debrah has to be cleverer there, once that happened game was gone, at 11 v 11 I fancied our chances as we were carving their left back (ironically named Vale) apart and getting enough balls into the box that one would surely fall for us eventually but once the red we obviously lost that and Rovers had the game gift wrapped to them on a plate.

Frustrating loss that one and probably the most disappointing of the lot on the night but a huge test Saturday, we need to get to the international break and get players back as we are at risk of undoing all the hard work of the first few weeks. A great start is now a bang average one after a poor fortnight.

With a side as fragile as they were at the back Crosby has to start at least a striker!

Strange game. I found myself unbothered (weirdly) though much of that was the lack of any sort of edge the game offered.

Shrews have big problems offensively. There is absolutely no threat whatsoever from full backs, midfield and strikers. Chey Dunkley was solid. Marosi was a disaster.

We aren’t so easy on the eye when playing 5-3-2, though we didn’t need to get out of first gear when opposition chuck away two goals.

Strange game that had a pre-season feel to it.

Not sure if we did after the second goal went in or not as I stopped watching, before that I was half watching and half on my phone. Roll on the Euro’s in the summer for me already.

I think the ref at Brisbane road needs his fucking head examined. Trying to restart play as someone is getting CPR on the sidelines. Disgraceful he didn’t take the players off earlier.

How does he know someone is getting cpr though? Commentators werent sure what was going on. Guess ref was just trying to follow the rules and not stop the game for a medical emergency. As it became clear it was very serious, the right decision has been made eventually. The amount of fans on the pitch though, you would assume something serious has happened.

Will this game carry on? Not many fans left in the stadium. I know there are more important things than a football game when medical emergencies happen. A mate of mine is up at 5.30am he messaged to say he left 10 mins ago on the drive home.

The longer this goes on, it is not looking good for the fan.

The still from a second later shows it, Debrah is in front of your lad who’s still on two feet… yet somehow despite sliding in front your lads then rolling around despite being on his feet when Jesse has slid past him. Regardless it’s a soft yellow and the first was never a yellow. It was the Ben Speedie show (again).

Unreal from Pompey. This side doesn’t know when it’s beat.

By far from our fluid best and Wycombe are a decent well organised side and tough to break down. But we just kept going and eventually got a the winner albeit that from a Wycombe point of view you’d be wanting a foul on the keeper.

Just heard about the Orient game.

Wish the supporter who got unwell the best in recovering.

Puts everything into perspective.

This team of ours just don't give up. Wycombe took their chance in the first half and looked really solid afterwards. We kept plugging away and Wycombe will be gutted to lose right at the death like that.

Had a feeling this would threaten our unbeaten run and it certainly looked that way for a long time. The football is still good though, and long may it continue.

A really positive second half performance for us. Exeter deserved a lead and we were probably fortunate to go in level.
Two massive refereeing decisions went our way. The pen felt soft but wasn’t surprised to see it given, was definitely clumsy. Will need to see a replay of the red but he did go in recklessly with two feet, which isn’t the wisest thing to do.
A special mention to Demetri Mitchell who went all out shushing and winding up the home fans after the Exeter goal(I know it’s part of the game). He had a poor game and was awfully quiet come FT

Edit: seen a replay. Definitely not a red card

Weston super mare. Reginald blinker. Martin Fowler. 3 descriptions for 3 David Button disasterclasses.

We started like a train and were fantastic for the first 15, slicing through Reading at will. They then got back into and it settled down. 1-0 up through the first Button howler and then Burge makes a world class save, we counter attack immediately and it’s 2-0 (cheers Dave again).

Nice and comfortable after half time until captain Guthrie goes off and we look ropey from 60 onwards with Reading pressing, they get a goal from a keeper howler of our own and we hold out in a gritty second half. Late on we romp up the other end and Button hands us another.

Encapsulated both parts of our game tonight, electric at times first half and relatively solid second, Reading pressed but didn’t create too much in the way of clear cut chances.

Delighted with that and 2 good wins on the spin now.

Yeah, great backs to the wall stuff from us, we deserved a point I thought, but the ref didn't see the elbow on the keeper I guess (and that would probably be hard to do at speed) so it is what it is. On another day the decision goes our way.

Pompey are definitely a good attacking side and should be up there if they can maintain that performance level, Mousinho has done well with them it seems.
